In March, with fluctuating temperatures, the epidem£ic situation in Shanghai became increasingly severe and complex. In just over ten days, εthe daily number of confirmed and asymptomatic cases® increased from a few to 500, 800, and over 1000. Therefore, Shanghai implemented gr≥idded screening of key populations, and most residential communities im plemented closed-loop management. Pudong New Area, Minhang Distric"t, and Jiading District even implemented lockdowns of all enterprises a✔nd communities. Shanghai's epidemic prevention and control reached a critic↔al juncture. Faced with the adverse situation caused by the epidemi♣c, all cadres and employees of Shanghai Heli bravely persevered, cont‍ributing their efforts and dedication to fight the epidemic, ra∑cing against time and the virus, and doing everything possible witαh the spirit of "doing it, doing it quickly, doing it very quickly". They♥ meticulously planned to take the initiative in development, ensuring that bo•th epidemic prevention and control and marketing services were addressed si✔multaneously. I. Responding swiftly and establishing a strict epidemic preven tion and control system The epidemic is the order, and prevention is the resp®onsibility. Shanghai Heli responded swiftly, establishing an emergency working group, immediately ©improving the epidemic prevention and control system, clarifying responsibilitiesγ, ensuring that various functions were divided in an orderly manner, a♦nd that measures were effective and efficient. The ↕working group promptly conveyed the requirements of Shang←hai and the company regarding epidemic prevention and control, studied key tasksε, and meticulously planned and formulated a comprehensive nucle ic acid testing organization plan. The work proceeded in an orderly manner. C₹ompany leaders fulfilled their responsibilities, going to the f•ront lines to command and guide the epidemic prevention wσork of branches, establishing a daily reporting system, and co÷nducting real-time monitoring of employee attendanc'e and health status. Daily self-checks by branches and departme"nts were combined with unscheduled inspections by the company. Problems found ≈during inspections were reported, and responsible ∞branches were urged to implement corrections and provide feedback. Internal accou®ntability measures were implemented for deficiencies in environmental disi‌nfection, health monitoring, nucleic acid testing, and epidemic prevention materials. II. Adap₩ting to change and ensuring steady progress in sale→s performance While focusing on epidemic prevention and control, the company₽ worked at full capacity, took the initiative, and adopted mul∏tiple measures, centering on customers and leveraging team synergy and γnetwork advantages to overcome the impact of the epidemαic. Sales and maintenance personnel became frontline workers, remaining at the forefr€ont. Sales personnel maintained customer relationships and expanded sales channe§ls through phone calls and WeChat communication. Field maintenance personnel, wh₩ile adhering to local epidemic prevention policies, caδrried nucleic acid test reports when providing on-site services. In areas with restricted log≈istics, intercepted goods were transported via altern∞ative routes, increasing costs but ensuring timely delivery of forklift¥s and parts to customers, improving customer satisfaction. The compan≥y actively used WeChat and Tencent Meeting platforms to conduct online business tra←ining, improving business capabilities and enhancing the sales skills of business personnel and the≈ professional skills of service personnel. Employees under quar♥antine worked from home, maintaining efficient communication with¶ customers and colleagues through phone calls, WeChat, and Tencent↓ Meeting, ensuring the smooth progress of the company's various businesses. The γcompany issued a call for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, encouragi↓ng everyone to start from small things, saving elec‌tricity, paper, and water, and establishing a strong awareness of cost reduction and efficiency im←provement. Office expenses were strictly controlled, ensuring that  resources were used efficiently and avoiding redundant configurations. Vehicle management was ✔strengthened to reduce operating costs and maximize vehicle utilization. In areas without an epi demic, work was intensified; in areas with an epidδemic, conditions were created to continue working. Many Shanghai Heli l₩eaders, to prevent their residential communities from being locked≠ down and affecting work, stayed at the company or in hote ls, setting an example and remaining at the forefront, working alongside employees to overcome diffβiculties. Faced with the epidemic, Shanghai Heli employees did not retreat; they chose to persevσere. Faced with difficulties, they did not compromise; they chose to move forward again←st the headwind, taking the initiative to create more possibilities andγ opportunities. III. Caring for employees during t×he epidemic Company leaders attached great importance to and actively implemented epidemi♠c prevention and control as the most important political task, adopting various measures¥ to care for employees, uniting and leading everyone to bui ld a solid bulwark against the epidemic, ensuring the stability of epidemεic prevention and control and safe operations. Employee epidemic prevention seφrvices were implemented. Daily reports from branches were used to understand the health status of e•ach employee, urging employees to take personal protective measures, and requiringλ branches to prepare sufficient epidemic prevention materials, delivering the orgaδnization's care to employees. Disinfection of canteens, offices, and part≤s repair areas was emphasized, with temperature measurements taken at least ★twice daily, striving for full coverage of protective measures, and caring for and protectiΩng all employees. Corporate care was actively conveyed. The epidemic is m±erciless, but there is love at Heli. Supervision of the quality and food hygiene of thφe canteen was strengthened, ensuring employees ate with peace of mind. Meals were deli vered daily to employees in self-isolation, showing caring actions. While pr£omoting knowledge of health protection, advanced examples ↑were highlighted to create an atmosphere of working together± to fight the epidemic, helping to implement epidemic& prevention requirements. Company leaders and party members visited the ↓front lines to express their gratitude and care for employees, and to inspect  and guide epidemic prevention work, further enhancing employees' sense of belonging, collectivis∑m, and responsibility, providing Shanghai Heli with strong momentum for harmonious and stable €development. Every Shanghai Heli employee who persevered atσ their post was a hero, supporting each other through §hardship, grateful for those who went against the flow, un♦ited as one. They worked together with the courage and ★spirit of "drawing the sword", overcoming difficulties.
