Abstract
At the beginning of the new year, everything is renewed. To summarize the work, analyze th↕e situation, clarify the goals, and deploy the key tasks for 20≠21, Shanghai Heli held the 2021 Management Work Conference and thβe 2020 Performance Review Meeting for Middle and S≥enior Management in Suzhou on January 29, 2021. More than 40 leaders of Shanghai H↓eli, regional managers, and functional department ma&nagers attended the meeting, which was presided over by Xin Xuesuo, Vice Chairman of Shanghai$ Heli.
At the meeting, Zhao Yongjiu, General Manager of Shanghai Heli, summarized and reviewed the c₽ompany's work in 2020 and made a comprehensive deployment of the management work in 2021.¶ He stated that Shanghai Heli has entered a new stage of develo♦pment and ushered in new opportunities, but it also faces new↑ adjustments and challenges. We must have new ideological >guidance and management systems to adapt to new development, shπifting from focusing on operation to focusing on management, and achievin÷g efficiency in terms of ideological management, market manage¶ment, financial management, and team management. Regio nal managers should deeply understand the company's strategic deploymen♦t, change their thinking, enhance their awareness, expand their vision, an↔d expand their dreams to keep up with the company's dev±elopment pace. They should also actively and earnestly implemenπt the company's various policies, adhere to the original mission, unite and forge ahead, and achieve high-quality development of the company.
Gao Zhenzhi, Assistant General Manager, announced the good news that' Shanghai Heli won the first prize of the "Management Pφrogress Award" from the group company, and introduced the siφgnificance of the award, the application process, and the background of winni<ng the award. Everyone unanimously agreed that Shanghai Heli's winni®ng of this award is well-deserved.
Xin Xuesuo interpreted the responsibilities and division of labor of the funct"ional departments in 2021 and put forward new requirem±ents in terms of work ideas and methods. Following ★this, the heads of various functional departments took the stage one by one "to summarize the work in 2020 and look forward to the work in 2021, a≠nd made statements, expressing their determination to earnestly fulfill their responsibilities, inεnovate work methods, strengthen service awareness, improve work efficien€cy, play a key role in connecting the past and the future, put every task into p ractice, further enhance the sense of collaboration, form synergy¥, and provide strong service support for sales.
Finally, Xin Xuesuo delivered a summary speech. In the face of the epideφmic, the company cannot wait or rely on others. We ↔must work proactively and actively in accordance with the epidemic prevention and control ♥requirements of the local government and the company, and♣ in accordance with the company's 2021 business management gui↑delines and objectives, improve the enterprise management mechanism, strengthen stra™tegic guidance, clarify the development ideas, find the right development positioning®, strengthen after-sales service capabilities, and continuously i₽mprove market competitiveness, industry competitiveness, and risk resis∑tance. Execution comes from a sense of responsibility, and a sense of responsibilit₩y determines execution. All functional departments should continuously improve work efficiency and quality and strengthen λtheir sense of responsibility. 2020 was an extraordinary year. The sudden epidemic pressed the pause button on →the national economy, but the company united as one to fight ↕the epidemic and overcome difficulties together.
