Technology Center
The company's technology center is one of the first 100 n§ational enterprise technology centers recognized by the National Development and Reform Commiss∏ion and other four ministries in 1995, and one of the first 118 national recognized "en∞terprise technology centers" recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technolo§gy in 2005. The technology center is a scientific res<earch institution integrating research, development, trial production, experiment and manag✔ement, with complete disciplines and strong infrastructure.
The technology center has "three institutes and one office" and 15 su♣b-technology centers, with more than 1200 R&D personnel, of which more than 18% are seni≈or R&D engineers and above. It has built a relatively complete matrix product R&D system including front-end public technology and basic technology support platform, product and industrial R&D platform, and backward serv♠ice platform.

Research Platform Construction
Existing R&D capabilities
The main structure of the R&D building is six stories high, with a novel πdesign, complete facilities, and comprehensive func↕tions. It integrates management, R&D design, and product display, coveri☆ng an area of 29,000 square meters.
The testing center consists of a single-story main workshop aφnd a two-story office building, with a total construction area of 11,200 squγare meters. It undertakes new product testing, complete machine t esting, forklift component R&D testing, and has professional laboratori♦es for research on testing methods.
It possesses more than 100 sets of testing equipment, including transmission £testing systems, working device testing systems, fatigue strength compre→hensive testing systems, hydraulic cylinder testing systems, electrical component comprehensi¥ve testing areas, vibration and noise analysis systems, stress and strain analysis syste∏ms, vibration testing platforms, and three-coordinate measuring instruments.
A new 208-square-meter information center machine ro★om has been built, realizing dual-path city power input and dual-path UPS output, and con☆structing a 10,000-megabit core exchange network. The company continuously upgrades and transforms its ERP system, PDM/PLM system, and IPD design system, gradually realizing compre hensive information support covering market demand, creative design, product design, CAPP prod'uct processes, PP production manufacturing, MM material management, OA office automation/®BPM business process management, FI financial management, CO cost man∏agement, price management, QM quality management, PM equipment management, project management, SD marketing management, SRM supplier relations and procurement ma∞nagement, etc.
Construction of Anhui Provincial Key Laboratory for Industrial Vehicles
The Anhui Provincial Key Laboratory of Industrial Vehicles, relying on Anhui Heli Co., Ltd.,δ was approved for construction by the Anhui Provincial Department o↑f Science and Technology in December 2007. It was jointly built with Hefei Unλiversity of Technology and successfully passed acceptance in July 2011. The laboratory♦ focuses on future technological development trends in >the industry, conducts applied basic research and common technology rese♦arch, establishes a platform for industry technology cooperation and &exchange, and improves the technological level and international competitiveness of China's i$ndustrial vehicles.
The laboratory possesses an open industrial vehicle application ba©sic technology research and development and testing p£latform for the public. It has brought together and cultivated a hig h-level talent team in the field of core technology research for industrial vehicles, and §strives to become a technological innovation demonstration base in the field of industria∞l vehicles, driving the further development of the industrial vehicle≤ industry and its related parts industry, and contributing to regional economic developme€nt.

Construction of the Engineering Research Center for Forklifts in the Machinery In✔dustry
The Engineering Research Center for Forklifts in the Machinery Industry, relying on Anhui Heli ♣Co., Ltd., was approved for construction by the China Machinery Industry Federation in↔ December 2007 and successfully passed acceptance in September 2011. Targeting common and difficult problems in the forklift R&D process, and leveraging the existi£ng resources and R&D capabilities of the company's tαechnology center, the Engineering Center has establishe♠d five experimental research platforms: Environmental ☆Protection Forklift R&D and Testing Platform, New Transmission System R&D ∞and Testing Platform, Lost Foam Casting Technology R&D and Testing Platform, ≠Human-Machine Engineering R&D and Testing Platform, and Dynamic Design and Simulation An alysis Platform. The goal is to build the Forklift Engineering Rese÷arch Center into a base for key technology research and the transfαormation of scientific research achievements in the domestic forklift industry, enabling the c≠enter to possess first-class domestic R&D and industrialization capabilities in ♠forklift overall machine R&D, and achieving internationally advanced levels in engineering γresearch in forklifts and related fields.

Construction of Anhui Provincial Engineering Technology δResearch Center for Industrial Vehicle Transmission Systems
The Anhui Industrial Vehicle Transmission System Engineering Technology Research Ce<nter, relying on Anhui Heli Co., Ltd., was approved for construction by t®he Anhui Provincial Department of Science and Technology in D→ecember 2009 and successfully passed acceptance in December 2011. TheΩ Engineering Technology Research Center concentrates research efforts, optimize≈s research directions, leverages the advantages of Ωits supporting unit, and closely focuses on the research of common and key technologies for i↑ndustrial vehicle transmission systems. It conducts resear±ch on intelligent industrial vehicle transmission systems, energy-saving transmis<sion system technologies, optimized transmission system technologies, and new transmissi☆on system structures and reliability. This is of great significance for promoti♠ng technological innovation in industrial vehicle transmission systems, fostering industry-university-research cooperation and achieve₽ment transformation, improving core technology R&D levels, leading industry technolog∞ical progress, and driving the clustered development of related industri"es.

Our indus₩try-academia-research cooperation encompasses severλal aspects: collaborating with universities, institutes, and research c£enters on various scientific research and technical consulting projects; jointly cultivatin&g high-level talent; jointly establishing a key laboratory with Hefei University of Te≠chnology; establishing the "Hefei Engineering Machinery Tr☆ansmission System Industry-Academia-Research Strategic Alliance"; and establishing joint ve★nture technology companies.
