Maintenance Skills Training: For forklift specialized repair, management, or skilled operators♣; introduction to forklift characteristics; basic struc€tural principles of forklifts; how to perform basic forklift★ troubleshooting; on-site fault analysis and resolution.

Driving Training: Explanation of basic forklift operation methods, site driving t♠raining, cargo handling training, and racking training.

Daily Management Training: Daily precautions for internal¶ combustion forklifts, electric forklifts, and wareh<ouse forklifts; daily maintenance content; development of daily inspection checklists.¶

Parts supply

Heli Forklift has a dense network coverage in China, with sufficient par♦ts supply. Heli Forklift parts can be obtained from♥ Heli Forklift headquarters in Hefei, five major production bases nationwid≥e, or the global Heli network.

Parts are in stock, and commonly used parts are geβnerally available locally. Heli Shanghai has parts inventory worth over on¶e million yuan.

For Heli Forklift models, if the model is upgraded, o$ur company will continue to supply parts for more than 15 years from the date of disconti‌nuation.

Heli provides only original parts. (For overseas users and use outsi≠de of China, the China market price does not apply due to exchange rates and tariffs.)

Heli Forklift parts enjoy a 3-month warranty service. (Consu✘mable and wearing parts are not included.)

Repair and maintenance

Heli Forklift responds within 2 hours of receiving a user repair notification and pr∑ovides professional Heli repair and maintenance services on-site within ÷24 working hours.

Detailed records of each repair, including circumstances anγd costs, are provided to help forklift management and user departments establish fork£lift management files.

During each on-site equipment inspection or repair service, repair and maintenance suggestions≤ are provided for equipment malfunctions and issues raised by the user department, along with reco™mmendations for daily maintenance.

For potential faults that cannot be immediately addressed due to a lack¥ of spare parts, the equipment user department and equipment manag≠ement personnel are advised to prepare the necessary spare parts and t≥o address the issue promptly.

Regular service: Heli provides regular repair and maintenance contracts, regular maintenance ∏contracts, and all-inclusive labor cost contracts. Heli will arrange✔ for personnel to conduct on-site inspections at least once a month. Regular serv↓ices are based on the contract and include regular repair or ₩maintenance services. For equipment specified in the contract, a compl∑ete work order is provided for each maintenance cycl®e, and it is signed and confirmed by relevant personnel from th♠e equipment user department and equipment management ‌department;

Emergency fault repairs are based on the service work order for each instancδe, with details filled in on the form and signed and confirmed by relevan₩t personnel from the equipment user department and equipment mana±gement department.

Strictly adhere to our company's "Heli Repair Personnel Operation ‌Standards" and the customer's safety and repair-re"lated regulations.

Comply with the relevant regulations of the client, develop a practical and feasible safe and ₩civilized construction plan, and strictly implement it, taking responsibilit₩y for safety during the service process.

Maintenance content and inspection catalogs are implemented according to regulations.Ω If no repairs or maintenance occur, regular inspection♦s will be conducted, and suggestions on safety, operation, and maintenance wi©ll be provided.

During each repair, if conditions permit, practical training on repair and maintenance will be pr¥ovided to on-site equipment managers. Heli Forklift can provide cu≠stomers with forklift repair and maintenance training, and safety training annually.

Timely and considerate service: Respond to and answer questions from the client regarding fo±rklift equipment parameters, performance, and fault reports via tel"ephone, fax, and email, providing timely, considerate, and♣ enthusiastic service.
