On March 4, the Third Session of the Ninth¶ Congress of Staff and Trade Union Members of Anhui Forklift Group Co., Ltd. and Anhui Heli ←Co., Ltd. was successfully held in the comprehensive buildi$ng report hall of Heli Industrial Park. Nearly 300 representatives gathered together, ca™rrying the voices and expectations of more than 10,0↓00 employees of the company, carefully listening to and deliberating on various work reports,‍ actively offering suggestions and advice, effectively fulfilling thei♥r responsibilities, jointly discussing the grand plan for Heli's development, and jointl♣y drawing a magnificent blueprint for Heli's develo​pment.

　　At 9:00 am, the meeting opened. Xu Yuanhuai, deputy secretary of↔ the Party Committee of Anhui Forklift Group, presided over the opening ceremony. Liu Hansheng∑ and Wang Jian, veteran leaders of the Forklift Group, and Cai Guodo©ng, a veteran model worker, were invited to attend and sat on the rostrum with the m↕embers of the presidium.

　　Yang Anguo, secretary of the Party Committee, chairman, and general manager of Anhui∞ Forklift Group, delivered a work report entitled "Fully Learning, Grasping, and Implementing the Sαpirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communi"st Party of China and Striving to Write a New Chapter in Heli's High-Quality Develo pment." The report comprehensively reviewed the main work≤ in 2022, pointed out the existing shortcomings and problems, analyzed and judged the current sit↔uation, and arranged and deployed the key work for 2023.

　　Yang Anguo pointed out in the report that in the pasπt year, the company adhered to Xi Jinping Thought on ×Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as its guide, e‌arnestly implemented the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Com∏munist Party of China, the plenary sessions of the 19th Central Committee, and the 20th N≤ational Congress of the Communist Party of China, firmly grasped the requirement♦s of "preventing and controlling the epidemic, stabilizing t↓he economy, and ensuring development," earnestly implemented the spirit of the Fourth P∏lenary Session of the Eleventh Provincial Committee, focused on the "three≤ increases and three improvements" goals and tasks, coordinated the effecti↑ve improvement of quality and the reasonable growth of ₩quantity, and comprehensively improved its integrated innovation capabilit↔ies, intelligent manufacturing capabilities, supply chain ​security capabilities, domestic and international marketing and se$rvice capabilities, organizational efficiency and control capabilities, Partyπ leadership and construction capabilities, influence, and corporate image, €with major operating indicators reaching new historical high¥s.

　　Yang Anguo pointed out in the report that it is nece≈ssary to face up to shortcomings and recognize that the company's current competitive advantagesβ are not yet prominent enough, its endogenous driving force is not ye t strong enough, its business segments are not yet co♠ordinated enough, and Party building is not yet str£ong enough; it is necessary to recognize the situation, and on the new journey, the cλompany is facing both new opportunities and new challenges, but the ov★erall trend of global industrial vehicles is positive; it is necessary to forge a↔head and enhance the sense of responsibility and u±rgency to forge ahead courageously, and strengthen t✔he confidence and determination to forge ahead courageously.

　　In his suggestions for the company's work this year, Yang Anguo₩ said that this year is the opening year for the full implementa®tion of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and a key year f™or the implementation of the "14th Five-Year" strat♦egic plan. The work this year is of great signific‌ance and glorious mission. It is necessary to seize opportunities, fully, accurately, anΩd comprehensively implement the new development conce↓pt, adhere to development as the primary task, closely∞ follow the requirements of the Provincial Party Committee's "consistent implementation o™f five achievements and vigorous efforts for five improvements," take> the rectification of problems fed back by inspections and audits as the÷ starting point, resolutely implement the key tasks of the Provi×ncial Party Committee, Provincial Government, and Provincial State-owned ☆Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, work hard and strive☆ for unity, and fully complete the "four guarantees" goa≈ls and tasks. 　　According to the meeting agenda, the representatives also carefully listened t±o the financial work report delivered by Bao Shiman, me>mber of the Party Committee and chief accountant of the Forklift Group, reviewed in writing the t<rade union work report, the summary report of the join☆t meeting of the Ninth Bi-annual Congress of Representatives, and the report on the rectificatio¥n of proposals, and were divided into 10 groups for discussion≥, putting forward opinions and suggestions.

　　At 4:00 pm, the closing ceremony of the meeting was held. $Xue Bai, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Anhui Forklifσt Group and vice chairman of Anhui Heli Co., Ltd., presided oφver the meeting.

　　At the meeting, the representatives unanimously adopted the Resolution of the Third Sessi↑on of the Ninth Congress of Staff and Trade Union Mβembers of Anhui Forklift Group Co., Ltd. and Anhui HeliΩ Co., Ltd. Yang Anguo, in response to the collected opinions and suggestion₩s, requested relevant departments to earnestly do a good job in sorting out and ₩supervising and implementing the opinions and suggestions✔, ensuring that those that can be implemented in t☆he short term are implemented immediately, and those that r↕equire further study are implemented in an orderly manner. Zhou Jun, member of the Party Committee of Anhui Group Compa<ny, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and general manager ∏of Anhui Heli Co., Ltd., read out the Decision on Commendation of Advanced C↑ollectives and Individuals of the Group Company in 2022. Du Yunfei, chief legal cou♠nsel of Anhui Forklift Group, read out the Decision on Commendation of Company-level Achievement Pπrojects in 2022. Representatives of some commended units and individuals went on stage to receive ₽awards.

　　The meeting also signed the 14th Collective Contract, the Special Collective Contract for the ©Protection of Women's Rights and Interests, the Collective Bargaining Contra↕ct for Wage Matters, the 2023 Asset Management Responsibility Lett≥er, and the Safety Production Target Management Responsibil£ity Letter, and selected some employee representatives to conduct performanc e appraisal of senior company executives in 2022.
