To fully implement the marketing party committee and marketing head®quarters' call to "work another 100 days and attack 120,000", on November 9,δ 2019, Shanghai Heli held a fourth-quarter parts repair work meeting. More than 130 people atte×nded the meeting, including Shanghai Heli company leaders, managers from va✔rious branches, parts repair supervisors, warehouse managers, and office staff. ∑Shanghai Heli Vice Chairman Xin Xuesuo presided over the meeting.
Vice General Man♥ager Wang Shucheng first analyzed and compared the completion rates of parts repair for ≥Shanghai Heli from January to October 2019, including branch completion rates, repair t₩eam completion rates, per capita invoice amount of± repair teams, and net profit. He analyzed and explained the existing problems,♣ conveyed the company's incentive policies for November, and ar ranged key tasks for parts repair business in November× and December. He called on all repair supervisors to seize the remaδining time in 2019, showing determination and courage, taking the lead, seizing opportunities, and fulfilling their mission. Success will be judged by resul&ts, aiming to complete the fourth quarter and annual targetσs.
General Manager Zhao Yongjiu emphasized the management of parts repair business and theλ control of accounts receivable and fund risks from Ja"nuary to October. Parts department supervisors Cao Yongchun and Chen Li respectively explained matt£ers related to leasing business and the use of the three-guarantees after-sales ✔service treasure. At the meeting, the repair supervisors in the bottom 10 in terms÷ of completion rate and per capita invoice amount from January to October≈ were deeply touched. After actively exchanging ideas, they expressed that they would summarize their experience, make up for their sh>ortcomings, and strive to surpass others in the fourth quar↔ter.
Repair supervisor Wu Dongsheng won first place in the forklift group at the ♣4th National Engineering Machinery Repair Workers' Vocational Skills Competition, winning honor for Heli and achieving a breakthrough for Shanghai Heli in international® skills competitions. For this, the company gave Wu' Dongsheng a special award and held a grand commendation ceremony for§ him, thanking him for adding luster to Heli and writing a glorious page in the develop ment history of Shanghai Heli!
Finally, Vice Chairman Xin Xuesuo emph↑asized that improving the management of parts repair business and thΩe control of accounts receivable and fund risks is of gre♥at significance to accelerating the recovery of payments, preventing fin↕ancial risks, and improving operating efficiency. In 2019, the Sino-U↑S trade friction led to a downward trend in the market. Improving the level of parts repairα and after-sales service is a good way for enterprises to get rπid of the trade war; only by promoting sales with high-quality after-sales service can w∏e ensure that the market share remains number one.
