Abstract

In March, with fluctuating temperatures, the epidemic situation in Shanghai became increasingly sev≥ere and complex. In just over ten days, the daily number of confir¥med and asymptomatic cases increased from a few to 500, 800, and over 1 000. Therefore, Shanghai implemented gridded screening o♠f key populations, and most residential communities implemented closed-loop management. λPudong New Area, Minhang District, and Jiading Dis≤trict even implemented lockdowns of all enterprises and communities. Shanghai's epidemic preven¶tion and control reached a critical juncture. Faced with the adver≠se situation caused by the epidemic, all cadres and emplo‍yees of Shanghai Heli bravely persevered, contributing their efforts ★and dedication to fight the epidemic, racing against time and the virus, and doin→g everything possible with the spirit of "doing it, doing it quickly, doing it very quickly". T§hey meticulously planned to take the initiative in deve↕lopment, ensuring that both epidemic prevention and control and marketing services w¥ere addressed simultaneously. I. Responding swiftly and esεtablishing a strict epidemic prevention and control system The epidemic is the order, a≠nd prevention is the responsibility. Shanghai Heli responded swiftly, establishing an emergencyΩ working group, immediately improving the epidemic prevention and control system®, clarifying responsibilities, ensuring that various functions were divided in an orderly manner, §and that measures were effective and efficient. The working group promptly conveyed the requiγrements of Shanghai and the company regarding epidemic prevention and control, studiλed key tasks, and meticulously planned and formulatedε a comprehensive nucleic acid testing organization plan. The work proceeded in ≥an orderly manner. Company leaders fulfilled their responsibilities, going §to the front lines to command and guide the epidemic prevention work of branche✔s, establishing a daily reporting system, and conducting real-time monitoring of πemployee attendance and health status. Daily self-checks by br♥anches and departments were combined with unscheduled inspections£ by the company. Problems found during inspections were reported, and responsible• branches were urged to implement corrections and provide feedγback. Internal accountability measures were implemented for deficiencies inε environmental disinfection, health monitoring, nucleic acid testing, and epidemic pre&vention materials. II. Adapting to change and ens≥uring steady progress in sales performance While focusing on epidemic preventio"n and control, the company worked at full capacity, took the initiative, and  adopted multiple measures, centering on customers and leveraging team syner&gy and network advantages to overcome the impact of the epidemic. Sale↓s and maintenance personnel became frontline workers, remainφing at the forefront. Sales personnel maintained customer relationships and e™xpanded sales channels through phone calls and WeChat communication. Field ma∏intenance personnel, while adhering to local epidemic pre≥vention policies, carried nucleic acid test reports when providing on-site services. In€ areas with restricted logistics, intercepted goods were ♥transported via alternative routes, increasing costs but ens♠uring timely delivery of forklifts and parts to customers, improving custome r satisfaction. The company actively used WeChat and Tencent Meeting platλforms to conduct online business training, improving business capabilities and enhancing the s™ales skills of business personnel and the professional skills☆ of service personnel. Employees under quarantine wor"ked from home, maintaining efficient communication with customers and colleagues throug"h phone calls, WeChat, and Tencent Meeting, ensuring the smooth progress of the company's vario÷us businesses. The company issued a call for cost reduction and efficiency imp₹rovement, encouraging everyone to start from small things, saving el→ectricity, paper, and water, and establishing a strong awareness of c→ost reduction and efficiency improvement. Office expenses were strictly controlled, en≠suring that resources were used efficiently and avoiding redundant configurations. Vehicle≈ management was strengthened to reduce operating costs and maximize vehicle utili↔zation. In areas without an epidemic, work was intensified; in areas with an e♥pidemic, conditions were created to continue worki₩ng. Many Shanghai Heli leaders, to prevent their residential communities from being locked do>wn and affecting work, stayed at the company or in hotels, settin↕g an example and remaining at the forefront, working alongside employees to$ overcome difficulties. Faced with the epidemic, Shanghai Heli employees did not retreβat; they chose to persevere. Faced with difficulties, t‌hey did not compromise; they chose to move forward against the headwind‌, taking the initiative to create more possibilities and opportunities. III. Caring for≠ employees during the epidemic Company leaders attached great impor≠tance to and actively implemented epidemic prevention and control as the most impor↕tant political task, adopting various measures to care for employees, uniting and leading everyon₹e to build a solid bulwark against the epidemic, ensuring the stability of epidemic prevention and≤ control and safe operations. Employee epidemic prevention services were impl←emented. Daily reports from branches were used to understan"d the health status of each employee, urging employees to take personal♥ protective measures, and requiring branches to prepare s ufficient epidemic prevention materials, delivering the organization's care  to employees. Disinfection of canteens, offices, and parts repair areas was emphasized, with t↔emperature measurements taken at least twice daily, strivinαg for full coverage of protective measures, and caring for and protecting all employees . Corporate care was actively conveyed. The epidemic is merciless, but there is love at Heli. S‌upervision of the quality and food hygiene of the canteen was strengthened, ensur↓ing employees ate with peace of mind. Meals were delivered daily to employe®es in self-isolation, showing caring actions. While promot×ing knowledge of health protection, advanced examples were highlighted to create an a€tmosphere of working together to fight the epidemic, hel§ping to implement epidemic prevention requirements. Company leaders and party members visited the f✘ront lines to express their gratitude and care for ↑employees, and to inspect and guide epidemic prevention work, further e¥nhancing employees' sense of belonging, collectivism, and responsibility, βproviding Shanghai Heli with strong momentum for harmonious and stable dev×elopment. Every Shanghai Heli employee who persevered at their post was a hero, supporting eaδch other through hardship, grateful for those who went against the flow, unit✘ed as one. They worked together with the courage and spirit of "drawing the sword", ove•rcoming difficulties. Company leaders fulfilled their responsibilities, going to the front li↕nes to command and guide the epidemic prevention work of the branches. A daily repor ting system was established to monitor the attendance and heal✔th status of employees in real-time. Daily self-inspections ₹by various branches and departments were combined with ₹unscheduled inspections by the company. Problems found during inspections were issuεed in notices, urging the responsible branches to i£mplement rectification and provide feedback. Internal accountability measures w↔ere implemented for deficiencies in environmental disinfection, health moφnitoring, nucleic acid testing, and epidemic prevention materials.

II. Adapting to change, planning and acting quickly to ≈ensure steady progress in sales performance

Sales and maintenance personnel became frontline workers, remaining at the f orefront. Fiel→d maintenance personnel, while adhering to personal γprotection measures according to the epidemic prevention policies of the regions where custom♠er forklifts were located, carried nucleic acid test rep&orts to provide on-site maintenance services. In areas with restricted logistics, intercepted ♣goods were transported via alternative routes. Although this increased costs, it ensured timely☆ delivery of forklifts and parts to customers, improvi€ng customer satisfaction.

The company actively established WeChat and Tencent Meeting platforms to cond♥uct online business training, improve business capabilities, and enhance the sales skills of busine↑ss personnel and the professional skills of service perγsonnel. Employees under isolation worked from home, maintaining efficient communication♠ with customers and colleagues through phone calls, WeChat, ♣and Tencent Meeting, ensuring the smooth progress of the company's various businesses.π

The company issued a call to all employees for cost reduction and efficiency impr☆ovement, starting with ourselves and every small thing around us, saving electricit₽y, paper, and water, firmly establishing the awareness of cost reduction and efficiency impro$vement, strictly controlling office expenses, making the most of resources, and reducin>g redundant configurations. Vehicle management was strengthened to redu€ce vehicle operating costs and make full and effective use of vehicles.

In areas without the epidemic, we must work even harder; in areas with the epidemic, we m≥ust create conditions to work even if there are no conditions. Many leaders of Shangh₩ai Heli, to prevent their residential communities from being∞ locked down and affecting work, stayed at the company or in hotπels, setting an example, staying on the front lines, and working alongside employees to overco©me difficulties. Faced with the epidemic, the people of Shanghai Heli did not retreat; they c₽hose to persevere. III. Making every effort to care for employees during the epidemic prevention and control period

Company leaders attached great importance to and actively implemented epidemic preveσntion and control as the most important political task, adopting various methods to care§ for employees, uniting and leading all employees to bui≤ld a solid bulwark against the epidemic, ensuring a st able situation in epidemic prevention and control and safe operation.
