In March, with fluctuating temperatures, the epidemic situation in Shanghai became increasingly severe and complex. In just over ten days, the daily number of confirmed¥ and asymptomatic cases increased from a few to 500, 800, and over 1000. Therefore, Shangha>i implemented gridded screening of key populations, and most residential communities implemented closed-loop management. Pudong New πArea, Minhang District, and Jiading District even implemented lockdowns of all e×nterprises and communities. Shanghai's epidemic prevention and control reached a cr≤itical juncture. Faced with the adverse situation caused by the epidemic, all cad≠res and employees of Shanghai Heli bravely persevered©, contributing their efforts and dedication to fight the epidemic, racin g against time and the virus, and doing everything possible with the spirit of ₽"doing it, doing it quickly, doing it very quickly". T₹hey meticulously planned to take the initiative in development, ensuri'ng that both epidemic prevention and control and marke∞ting services were addressed simultaneously.
I. Respondin"g swiftly and establishing a strict epidemic prevention and control system
The epid♠emic is the order, and prevention is the responsibility. Shanghai Heli∏ responded swiftly, establishing an emergency working group, immediately improving the ♣epidemic prevention and control system, clarifying responsibilitie♣s, ensuring that various functions were divided in a¶n orderly manner, and that measures were effective and≥ efficient. The working group promptly conveyed the requir™ements of Shanghai and the company regarding epidemic prevention anφd control, studied key tasks, and meticulously planned ÷and formulated a comprehensive nucleic acid testing organization plan. The worφk proceeded in an orderly manner.
Company leaders★ fulfilled their responsibilities, going to the front lines to command and guide the epidemic pr"evention work of branches, establishing a daily reporting system, and ₽conducting real-time monitoring of employee attendance and h¶ealth status. Daily self-checks by branches and departments were combined with unscheduled inspδections by the company. Problems found during inspections were reported, and responsible branches♥ were urged to implement corrections and provide feedb®ack. Internal accountability measures were implemented f↓or deficiencies in environmental disinfection, heal'th monitoring, nucleic acid testing, and epidemic prevention materials.

Sales and maintenance personnel became frontline workers, remaini↑ng at the forefront. Sales personnel maintained customer relationships and expanded sales channels ¥through phone calls and WeChat communication. Field mλaintenance personnel, while adhering to local epide£mic prevention policies, carried nucleic acid test reports€ when providing on-site services. In areas with restricted logistics, intercepted goods¶ were transported via alternative routes, increasing costs but ensuring timely delivery of forklifts and parts ™to customers, improving customer satisfaction.
The company actively use"d WeChat and Tencent Meeting platforms to conduct ↕online business training, improving business capabilities and enhancing the sales skills >of business personnel and the professional skills of service personnel. Employees un✘der quarantine worked from home, maintaining efficient communication with customers★ and colleagues through phone calls, WeChat, and Tencent Meeting, ensuring the smooth progre↑ss of the company's various businesses.
The company issued a call for cost reduction and effici£ency improvement, encouraging everyone to start from small things, saving electricity, paper, and water, and esta¥blishing a strong awareness of cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Office expense€s were strictly controlled, ensuring that resources were used efficiently and avoiding redundant coγnfigurations. Vehicle management was strengthened to¥ reduce operating costs and maximize vehicle utilization.
In areas without an ep↕idemic, work was intensified; in areas with an epidemic, conditions were created to continue w×orking. Many Shanghai Heli leaders, to prevent their residential communities from being locked d&own and affecting work, stayed at the company or in hγotels, setting an example and remaining at the forefro♦nt, working alongside employees to overcome difficulties. Faced with the epidem ic, Shanghai Heli employees did not retreat; they chose to persevere.
