Abstract

To fully implement the marketing party committee and marketing headquarters'  call to "work another 100 days and attack 120,000", on ₩November 9, 2019, Shanghai Heli held a fourth-quarter parts repair work meeting. Mor e than 130 people attended the meeting, including Shanghai He↑li company leaders, managers from various branches, parts repair supervisors, w<arehouse managers, and office staff. Shanghai Hel i Vice Chairman Xin Xuesuo presided over the meeting. Vice General M&anager Wang Shucheng first analyzed and compared the completion rates of parts repair fo♦r Shanghai Heli from January to October 2019, including branch ÷completion rates, repair team completion rates, per capita invoice amount of repair te×ams, and net profit. He analyzed and explained the existing problems, conveyed the company's incen&tive policies for November, and arranged key tasks for parts repair business in November and€ December. He called on all repair supervisors to seize the remaining time in 2019, showing determi€nation and courage, taking the lead, seizing opportunities, and fulfilling their mi↔ssion. Success will be judged by results, aiming to complete the fourth quarter and annual targe ts. General Manager Zhao Yongjiu emphasized the management of parts repa≤ir business and the control of accounts receivable and fund ri‍sks from January to October. Parts department supervisor s Cao Yongchun and Chen Li respectively explained matters r©elated to leasing business and the use of the three-guarante≈es after-sales service treasure. At the meeting, the repair supervisors§ in the bottom 10 in terms of completion rate and per capita invo≥ice amount from January to October were deeply touched. Finally, Vice Chairman Xin Xuesuo emphasized that improv≈ing the management of parts repair business and the control of accounts receivable and fund risks i®s of great significance to accelerating the recovery of payments, preventing financial risks,≥ and improving operating efficiency. In 2019, the Sino-US trade friction led to a downwar•d trend in the market.
