Unwavering in the face of the epidemic, forging ahead against the head×winds—Shanghai Heli's reverse-course warriors fighting on the front lines ®of the epidemic

In March, with fluctuating temperatures, the epidemic situation in Shaεnghai became increasingly severe and complex. In just over ten days,£ the daily number of confirmed and asymptomatic cases increased from a few$ to 500, 800, and over 1000. Therefore, Shanghai implemented gridded screening≤ of key populations, and most residential communities implemen♣ted closed-loop management. Pudong New Area, Minhang District, and₽ Jiading District even implemented lockdowns of all enterprises and communities. Shanghai's epidem☆ic prevention and control reached a critical juncture. Faced with the a€dverse situation caused by the epidemic, all cadres↔ and employees of Shanghai Heli bravely persevered, contrib←uting their efforts and dedication to fight the epidemic, racing against® time and the virus, and doing everything possible with the spirit of "doing it, doi₩ng it quickly, doing it very quickly". They meticulously planned to take the initiaσtive in development, ensuring that both epidemic prevention and coφntrol and marketing services were addressed simultaneously. I. Responding swiftly and esta×blishing a strict epidemic prevention and control system The epidemic ₹is the order, and prevention is the responsibility. Shanghai Heli responded ™swiftly, establishing an emergency working group, immediately improving the epidemic prσevention and control system, clarifying responsibilities, ensuring that various functions were★ divided in an orderly manner, and that measures were effective and e™fficient. The working group promptly conveyed the requirements of≤ Shanghai and the company regarding epidemic prevention and control, studie♥d key tasks, and meticulously planned and formulated a comprehensive nucleic acid ¥testing organization plan. The work proceeded in an orderly manner. Company leaders fulf​illed their responsibilities, going to the front lines to command and guide the eεpidemic prevention work of branches, establishing a daily reporting sλystem, and conducting real-time monitoring of employee attendance and≈ health status. Daily self-checks by branches and departments were combined with$ unscheduled inspections by the company. Problems foun♦d during inspections were reported, and responsible branches were urged to implement↔ corrections and provide feedback. Internal accountability measures were implemented for deficienciγes in environmental disinfection, health monitoring, nucleic acid testing, and epidπemic prevention materials. II. Adapting to change and ensuring steady progr♥ess in sales performance While focusing on epidemic prevention and control, the company workeφd at full capacity, took the initiative, and adopted multi→ple measures, centering on customers and leveraging team synergy and net®work advantages to overcome the impact of the epidemic. Sales a'nd maintenance personnel became frontline workers, remaining at ♠the forefront. Sales personnel maintained customer relationships and expanded sβales channels through phone calls and WeChat communication. Field maintenance personnel$, while adhering to local epidemic prevention polic'ies, carried nucleic acid test reports when providing on-sit'e services. In areas with restricted logistics, inte↑rcepted goods were transported via alternative routes, increasing costs but ensuring timely deliver<y of forklifts and parts to customers, improving customer satisfaction. T×he company actively used WeChat and Tencent Meeting platforms to conduct online busine✘ss training, improving business capabilities and enhancing thβe sales skills of business personnel and the professional∏ skills of service personnel. Employees under quarantine worked from home, maintaining efficαient communication with customers and colleagues through phone calls, W↔eChat, and Tencent Meeting, ensuring the smooth progress of the company's♠ various businesses. The company issued a call for cos&t reduction and efficiency improvement, encouraging everyone to s‍tart from small things, saving electricity, paper, and water, and establish$ing a strong awareness of cost reduction and efficiency impr↕ovement. Office expenses were strictly controlled, ensuring that resources were used£ efficiently and avoiding redundant configurations. Vehicle ma£nagement was strengthened to reduce operating costs and maximize vehicle utilizat★ion. In areas without an epidemic, work was intensified; in areas with an e←pidemic, conditions were created to continue working. Many Shanghai Heli leaders, to pr✘event their residential communities from being locked down and affecting work, stayed at the companΩy or in hotels, setting an example and remaining at the forefront, βworking alongside employees to overcome difficulties. Faced with the epidemic, Shanghai Heli ∞employees did not retreat; they chose to persevere. Faced with difficulties, they did not comp≥romise; they chose to move forward against the headwind, taking the initiative to create more poαssibilities and opportunities. III. Caring for employe✘es during the epidemic Company leaders attached great importanc'e to and actively implemented epidemic prevention and control as the most important politica©l task, adopting various measures to care for employees, uniting and leading everyone to build a s olid bulwark against the epidemic, ensuring the stability of epidemic prevention and coλntrol and safe operations. Employee epidemic prevention↔ services were implemented. Daily reports from branches were used to understand the healthπ status of each employee, urging employees to take personal protective measures, and r₹equiring branches to prepare sufficient epidemic prevention materials, delivering Ωthe organization's care to employees. Disinfection of  canteens, offices, and parts repair areas was empha sized, with temperature measurements taken at least twice daily, striving for full coverage of pro≥tective measures, and caring for and protecting all employees. Corporate care was a←ctively conveyed. The epidemic is merciless, but there is love at Heli. Superv₹ision of the quality and food hygiene of the canteen wasδ strengthened, ensuring employees ate with peace of mind. Meals were ♥delivered daily to employees in self-isolation, showing caring action≤s. While promoting knowledge of health protection, advanced examples were highφlighted to create an atmosphere of working together t•o fight the epidemic, helping to implement epidemic prevention requirements≥. Company leaders and party members visited the front lines to express their gratitude and care f¥or employees, and to inspect and guide epidemic prevention work, further enhancing employees♣' sense of belonging, collectivism, and responsibility, providing Shanghai Heli with str$ong momentum for harmonious and stable development. ∞Every Shanghai Heli employee who persevered at their post was a hero, supporting each other through≈ hardship, grateful for those who went against the flow, united as one. They worked together wi>th the courage and spirit of "drawing the sword", overcoming difficultie↕s. Full Speed Ahead, Forging Ahead, Decisive Battle in the Fourth Quarεter - Shanghai Heli Holds a Fourth Quarter Maintenance and Spare Parts Work Meeting

To fully implement the marketing party committee and marketing h±eadquarters' call to "work another 100 days and attack 120,000", on No↑vember 9, 2019, Shanghai Heli held a fourth-quarter parts repair work meeting. Mo‌re than 130 people attended the meeting, including Shanghai Heli company leaders, managers from ​various branches, parts repair supervisors, wareho€use managers, and office staff. Shanghai Heli Vice Chairman Xin Xuesuo presided over th∑e meeting. Vice General Manager Wang Shucheng first analyzed and compared the§ completion rates of parts repair for Shanghai Heli from January to October 2019, including brαanch completion rates, repair team completion rates, per capita invoice am♣ount of repair teams, and net profit. He analyzed and explained the exis¥ting problems, conveyed the company's incentive policies for November, and arranged key task™s for parts repair business in November and December. He calγled on all repair supervisors to seize the remaining time in 2019, showing determ₹ination and courage, taking the lead, seizing opportunities, and fulfill≈ing their mission. Success will be judged by results, aiming to complete the fourth quarter and÷ annual targets. General Manager Zhao Yongjiu emphasized the management of parts repair bu↔siness and the control of accounts receivable and fund risks from January to October. Parts depaεrtment supervisors Cao Yongchun and Chen Li respectively explained matters related to leasing bu♥siness and the use of the three-guarantees after-sales service treasure. At the meeti₽ng, the repair supervisors in the bottom 10 in ter‍ms of completion rate and per capita invoice amount from January to Octobe r were deeply touched. After actively exchanging ideas, they expressed that they would summarize t↔heir experience, make up for their shortcomings, and strive to surpass others in the fourth quar≤ter. Repair supervisor Wu Dongsheng won first place in the forklift group at the 4th National Enπgineering Machinery Repair Workers' Vocational Skills Competition, winning hoΩnor for Heli and achieving a breakthrough for Shanghai Heli in international skills competitions.  For this, the company gave Wu Dongsheng a special award and held a grand commendation ceremony₽ for him, thanking him for adding luster to Heli and writing a glorious page in the developm¶ent history of Shanghai Heli! Finally, Vice Chairman Xin Xue↔suo emphasized that improving the management of pa rts repair business and the control of accounts receivable and fund risks is of great signif±icance to accelerating the recovery of payments, preventing financ∞ial risks, and improving operating efficiency. In 2019, the Sino-US trade ©friction led to a downward trend in the market. August, a vibrant and colorful month. On August 24th, Shanghai Heli Forklift Co.,ε Ltd. Taicang Branch officially opened.
