Abstract
To further implement the strategic guidelines of the holding₹ company to expand and strengthen its after-sales service, comprehensively summarize the ≤completion of after-sales work in the first half of 2024, analyze achievements and experiencesφ, identify problems and shortcomings, and deploy after-sales work in the second half of 2024, on the afternoon of September 14, Shanghaδi Heli held the 2024 Semi-annual After-Sales Work Summary and Commendation Conference. Shanghai Heli Vice Chairman Xin Xuesuo and General Manage☆r Zhao Yongjiu attended the meeting, with over 110 managers and maintenance supervisors f>rom various branches of Shanghai Heli participating. The meeting was chaired by Xin ¶Xuesuo.
At the meeting, Zhao Yongjiu delivered a report on the overall aδfter-sales work in the first half of 2024, reviewing the achievements and φshortcomings of after-sales work from aspects such as per capita billing amount for p$arts repair, completion rate and per capita net profit, and control of acc₹ounts receivable. He also made detailed deployments of the after-sales development strategy and key measures for the second half of 2024.
The meeting commended individuals and collectives that performed outstandingly in Shanghai He÷li's after-sales work in the first half of 2024, encouraging all staff" to strive for excellence and achieve outstanding results.
In his concluding remarks, Xin Xuesuo expressed gratitude for the hard work of after-sales person≠nel in the first half of the year, fully affirming their positive and &energetic work enthusiasm and upward spirit. He emphasized that the current d☆omestic economic situation remains full of challenges and opportunities, and the market econ✔omy will continue to move forward in instability. However, the after-sales serviγce business has broad operating space. We must continuously innovate and adapt ☆to changes, seize new opportunities for market development, maintain the existing gro☆wth momentum, and dare to face difficulties, explore new growth points in the after-sales seαrvice field, and ensure the smooth completion of all key tasks. He pointed out that in the second half of 2024, Shanghai Heli's after-sales €service sector should continue to seize market opportunities, maintain momentum, pursu≥e innovation and change, continuously improve service quality and customer experience, enhance the company's comprehensive÷ competitiveness, and promote the company's high-quality development to a new le☆vel.
