To improve collaboration efficiency between the company's design and process departments¥, shorten product trial production cycles, and reduce production costs, the σAnhui Heli Manufacturability Analysis System (3DDFM) project launch meeting was held at t↑he headquarters on the morning of April 17. Hu Wenhong, deputy secretar♥y of the Party Committee of the Stock Technology Center, Chen Shisheng, vice pr>esident of the Industrial Vehicle Research Institute, relevant leaders and business ba¥ckbones of the Technology Center, and Jia Huawen, general manπager of Nanjing Kaimu Company, and project team members attended the meetinλg.

At the meeting, both parties held talks on the functions of the 3DDFM system, specific project pla∞ns, and management methods. The 3DDFM system supportsε manufacturability specification reviews for multiple disciplines, including machining, sheet‌ metal, casting, standardization, assembly, and welding. By embedding in 3∑D CAD software to check and analyze product 3D models, it helps desi gners and process engineers to identify design defects early and impr©ove review efficiency. Kaimu Company stated that Heli has nearly 70 ye♣ars of manufacturing experience and process accumulation and strong technical capa↔bilities; Kaimu is a national specialized and new enterprise with more than 30 years <of experience in independent research and development of indu∞strial software. The cooperation between the two parties is compleme ntary and will jointly promote the construction of $Heli's new high-quality productivity.
