Abstract

To further enhance the business level of Shanghai Heli's maφintenance supervisors, strengthen their expertise in ±forklifts, expand and strengthen Shanghai Heli's aftermarket business, and ≤build a first-class after-sales service team with strong qualities an≥d professional skills, from September 13th to 14th, Shanghai Heli organized ®over 110 maintenance supervisors for an exchange and training session at the headquarεters in Hefei. On the morning of September 13th, during" a visit to Heli's headquarters showroom, marketing headquarters st aff used a timeline structure with rich pictures and text↑s to introduce Heli's development history over the past sixty years. They detailed thφe company's development milestones using specific data indicators. The trainees a∑lso visited the headquarters' pilot production workshop, large-scale asse¥mbly division, bridge and axle division, electric αvehicle division, and small internal combustion engine division. Through on-site λlearning, they gained a more intuitive understanding of the assembly of complet≈e machines and deeply understood that the successful completion of each mac♣hine comes from the close cooperation of various depa rtments and links. They experienced firsthand the serious attitude and team spirit of the fro÷ntline employees. On the afternoon of September 13th,★ the trainees visited Anxin Forklift Company, Parts Divis"ion, Heavy Equipment Division, Tractor Division, and Foundry, showing great interest and high p♣raise for the outstanding achievements of various companies, divisions, and factories in pr•oduction line automation and intelligence. On the morning of September 14th£, the trainees visited He'an Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Heding Machinery Equipment C♦o., Ltd., and Haoyun Machinery Co., Ltd. Relevant p♣ersonnel gave in-depth introductions to the production process, technological process, contro±l process, and quality system of forklifts, allowing maintenance supervisors to gain a further• understanding and appreciation of the products. The rigorous q↑uality supervision and seriousness at every stage reflect Heli's prβoduct responsibility.

On the morning of September 14th, the trainees v☆isited He'an Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Heding Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., and¶ Haoyun Machinery Co., Ltd. Relevant personnel gave in-depth introductions to the producti↑on process, technological process, control process, and quality system of forklifts, giving maint enance supervisors a further understanding and appreciation o←f the products. The rigorous quality supervision and seriousness in every link reflect Heli's "product responsibility.

To further enhance the comprehensive service capabilities of the aftermarket business, th♣e meeting invited Qi Zhengkun from the company's safety and enφvironmental protection department and Shen Gao and Wu Qiongqiong f₩rom the marketing headquarters to give on-site lectures. Training was conduc↕ted on maintenance and travel safety, hydraulic transmission knowledge and fault analysis♦, and improving aftermarket business service capabilities. Through a clear and easy-to-understandε approach with rich pictures and texts, the training provided cutting-edge knowledge, praεctical skills, and valuable experience. Participants inte≈racted with the training teachers on technical problems encountered in maintenanc↔e work, creating a lively atmosphere.

This training course was rich and varied, including both theoretical training and on-s'ite visits. It allowed Shanghai Heli's maintenance supervisors to gain a deep understanding of Hel☆i's corporate culture and experience Heli's strength, expanding their knowledge, broadening ←their horizons, and opening up their thinking. It further enhanced their professional skill♦s and laid the foundation for the continued development φof the aftermarket business.
