28 years ago, I entered Anhui Heli with endless yearning for a better life, becoming an ordinary m€ember of a machining workshop. Since then, I have tak₽en root in Heli, unwavering in my commitment. After more than ☆three years of tempering and honing at the grassroots level, in 2000, I came to Shanghai Heσli and devoted myself to marketing. In that year, I focused on↕ the after-sales market business, and with my perseverance and carefully planned strategies, I achαieved considerable results. In 2012, I was appointed as Assistant General Manager☆, focusing my work on parts management. In this pos•ition, I fully utilized my organizational and coordination ​abilities to improve the efficiency and quality of parts management. In 2013, I •took on the heavy responsibility of complete machine sales. In 1999, I joined the Heli family as a fresh graduate and starte₹d my career. Time flies, and in the blink of an eye, I have spent 25 yearβs with Heli. In these 25 years, I have grown from a ne‍wcomer to an old employee of the company, personally participating in t∞he company's development and witnessing its glorious journey.

Looking back on these 25 years, I feel incredibly prouαd and emotional. I am proud to be a member of the Heli family, growi≤ng and striving together with the company. I am moved by the passage of time, and also by ∑the challenges and rewards I have experienced during this time. From my first yβear rotating through the workshop and finance department>, the meticulous guidance of my mentors is still vivid in my& memory. I joined Heli in 2012 as a sales manager at the Suzhou branch. Back then$, I was a complete novice. But I gradually learned product knowledge, gain←ed a deep understanding of the market, and carefully understood customer nee↓ds. With the help of my mentors and colleagues, I gradually gr±ew and eventually became a qualified sales manager with annual sales ex©ceeding 200 units.

In 2014, I was appointed regional manager of the Wujiang branch. My work foc≤us shifted from pure sales to management. From a bu$siness expert to a leader who bridges the gap between ↕upper and lower management, leads the team to improve ov✔erall performance, and handles various affairs, after two years of hard work, βthe Wujiang branch grew from a team with annual sales of 200 units and parts ☆repair invoicing of 2 million to an excellent team with annual sales  of 800 units and parts repair invoicing of 10 million.•

In 2017, I became the regional manager of the Suzhou branch. The ​Suzhou branch is the largest branch of Shanghai Heli with the most employees and th∏e most important tasks. I always feel a great sense of responsibility and a long road ahead. In 201☆6, the Suzhou branch's unit task was 700 units, and the repair invoicing task was 10 million. In↕ 2022, during the most severe period of the epidemic, most people were in home isolation, and diffφiculties were numerous. However, I led all employe∞es of the Suzhou branch to go to the market while ensuring their own safety, wholehe←artedly serving customers, and finally led the team to complete the task± of selling 2000 units and repairing 20 million parts, enabling the Suzhou branch to win t he annual first place.
