Improving Employee Comprehensive Quality: Continuing the Pursuit of Learnin≠g - A Record of Shanghai Heli's Recent Intens¶ive Training Programs

Abstract

To enhance the overall business quality and work ability of all S™hanghai Heli employees, Shanghai Heli organized various trainingφ sessions from October 16th to 30th, utilizing employees' free time in the♣ evenings. Over 300 people participated in the trainβing. Not only was a detailed training plan developed, but a combinat¶ion of internal employee training and external instructors and t≠echnical personnel from headquarters was employed. Targeted training was provided™ to different employee groups based on their positions, covering δtopics such as engine knowledge and practical operation, electric warehouse® vehicle products and technology, secretarial receσption etiquette, order placement theory and practice, 1-10 ton internal combustion forklif®t product knowledge, contract management, complete machines and parts.

To enhance the overall business acumen and work capabilities of all Shanghai Heli employδees, Shanghai Heli organized various training sessions from Octobe≥r 16th to 30th, utilizing evenings after work. Over 300 employees participated. A detailed trainin¥g plan was developed, combining internal employee training with pr ofessional instructors and technical personnel from headquarλters. Targeted training was provided to different empl‌oyee groups based on their positions, covering topics such as engine knowledge and practical operatΩion, electric warehouse vehicle products and technology, secretari<al and reception etiquette, order placement theory and practic₩e, 1-10 ton internal combustion forklift product knowledge, contract mεanagement, receivables risk management for complete machines a§nd parts, financial management, parts warehousing aΩnd write-off, safety production knowledge, heavy equipment product training, towing vehicle anΩd flatbed truck training, new electric forklift training, corporate culture t₩raining, maintenance precautions and operating procedur es, and traffic safety knowledge.

This training not only enriched the professional knowledge and skills of Shanghai  Heli employees in various positions, but also laid a solid foundation for impr≈oving their overall quality. It effectively addressed ¶many of the employees' work-related concerns, achieving excellent resul>ts and representing a significant step in Shanghai Heli's continuous" development and progress.

On April 27, the launching ceremony of the "Jointly Changing the Way of Material Handling" 2$025 China Forklift and Mobile Robot High-Quality Development Nationwide Tour was grandly held¥ in the digital exhibition hall of Anhui Heli Industrial Park.
