Abstract

On November 13th, the 15-day military training of Shanghai Heli Forklift Co., Ltd. concluded €successfully. The Shanghai company leadership attached great importance to th★is military training, and specifically instructed that all departments must coope★rate fully. Early planning and arrangements were made, with training conducted  in two batches. The relationship between military training and work was hand₹led correctly, with personnel arranged and allocated reasonably, truly achieving the goal of 'n←o compromise on either military training or work'. It can be said that this military tra←ining achieved remarkable results and met the expected goals under the conditions of tight tγime, heavy tasks, and limited resources, without affecting∞ work. 'Obey orders and prohibitions' was the company leadership's →instruction for this military training.

      On November 13th, the 15-day military training of Shanghai Heli Forklift Cεo., Ltd. came to a successful conclusion. Shanghai company leaders attache®d great importance to this military training, instructing all departmen©ts to cooperate fully. Early planning and arrangements were made, w★ith training divided into two batches. The relationship between militar¶y training and work was handled correctly, with personnel arranged and allocated reasonab£ly, truly achieving the goal of 'no compromise on either military training or work'. 'It can be said that this military training achieved remarkable results and met the expecteφd goals under the conditions of tight time, heavy tasks, anδd limited resources, without affecting work. 'Obey orders, and prohibit' was the standard and rαequirement set by the company leadership for this military training. During the closed military t÷raining, trainees underwent daily militarized training such as military' posture and queue drills, as well as expansion activities during the day, and vaΩrious types of training at night, successfully completing all training task♦s. A number of outstanding trainees and teams with strong ideological and work styles and outstaΩnding training results emerged.

 
Mr. Xin Xuesuo, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Heli, and military leadersδ attended the military training summary meeting. More than 300 employees of Sh£anghai company who participated in the military training gave military traini<ng reports in their respective units. They stood in neat rows, marched with firm steps,  shouted loud slogans, each one spirited and with precise movements. Each unit's powerful,  uniform steps, high spirits, and hard-working spirit of teamwork ©won rounds of applause. After the military exercise, an awar™ds ceremony was held to present awards and certificates to ou"tstanding collectives and individuals in the military training. Mr. Xin, on >behalf of the company, congratulated all participating employees on successfully completing the♦ military training tasks and expressed gratitude to the military personnel. He pointed ou×t that military training has far-reaching significance for the company's long-term and stable d↑evelopment: In terms of work, the sales team is a f€ighting collective. The market is like a battlefield, requiring mutual ≠cooperation, teamwork, and the cultivation of a decisive work style to effecti∏vely protect and compete for market share and provide quick response♥ services. In terms of life, it can cultivate a hard-working and simple style, ♦making work orderly, improving people's quality and temperament, learni←ng to help each other and be helpful, and reflecting a stαrong sense of collectivism. Military training is a test of phyπsical fitness and endurance. With a strong physique, one can better c∞ope with any difficulties encountered in work. He hoped≠ that every employee would take the achievements of the military training as a st₹arting point, further enhance their sense of responsibility ♣and mission, increase self-pressure, work diligently, be brave in praπctice, and learn the excellent work style, strong will, and iron-like organizational discipline of♣ the army. When encountering difficulties, they shoΩuld persevere and overcome them with the strength of the team and co☆llective. After the military training, he hoped that comrades would continue to carry forwar♠d the good spirit and work style that emerged during the military t raining, transforming the achievements of the military training into excellent $work styles, and striving for greater honor and achievements for the company!
