Abstract
To further implement the strategic guideline of the holding company to exp✔and and strengthen its after-sales service, summarize the achievements and experience of 2023, and deploy the after-sΩales work in 2024. On March 10, Shanghai Heli held a 2023 Annual Parts and Repair Summary and Commendation Conference and 2024 Aft₩er-Sales Work Deployment Conference Shanghai Heli company leaders, regional managers, all maint≤enance supervisors, and branch assistants more than 130 people attended.
At the meeting, Huang Song, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Heli, de♣livered a report on the overall work of Shanghai Heli's parts and repair in 2023.↓ The report reviewed the achievements and shortcomings of after-sales work from aspects such as₽ the per capita invoicing amount, completion rate, per capita net profit✔, and control of accounts receivable, and made detailed deployments of the after-sale s development strategy and key measures for 2024.
Zhao Yongjiu, General Manager of Shanghai Heli, affirmed the achievements αmade in the after-sales market in 2023, deeply analyzed the existing problems in parts and ♥repair work, and put forward corresponding improvement re÷quirements. Finally, combined with the parts and repai₩r tasks in 2024, he expounded the business strategy and action plan for the after-sales work in 20↔24, pointing out the direction for the after-sales work ≈in 2024.
The meeting commended advanced individuals and teams in p÷arts and repair work in 2023. Representatives of the commended employees shared their work exp erience and insights, and expressed that they would conscientiouslδy develop after-sales business in their future work, gi$ve full play to their exemplary leading role, and make positive contributions to the high-qua♦lity development of the company.
Xin Xuesuo, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Heli, emphasized that the current domestic economic s♦ituation is still full of challenges and opportunitieβs, the market economy will continue to move forward in instability, and the development of th₹e after-sales market will bring us more opportunities. We must keep pace with th¶e times, constantly innovate and adapt to changes, and sei∑ze new opportunities for market development. He pointed out that in β2024, Shanghai Heli's after-sales market sector should continue to exert effort∏s, pursue innovation and change, continuously improve service ÷quality and capabilities, enhance the company's compre™hensive competitiveness, and promote the company's high-quality deσvelopment to a new level.
