Starting today, the Marketinλg Party Committee and Marketing Headquarters will launch a se&ries of reports on "Gathering Hearts and Minds, Building New Achievements through Hard÷ Work", comprehensively showcasing the spirit of various provincial marketing companies in thei✘r race against time and overcoming difficulties, striving to ♠break through and be reborn, and striving to achieve a "red start", "all-round succλess", and "full-year success" in 2024.
The year is drawing to a close, and a new year begins. From Januar<y 12th to 13th, Shanghai Heli held its 2023 Annual Work Summary and 2024 Wo★rk Deployment Conference under the theme of "Gathering Momentum, Seeking Innoδvation, Persisting in Diligence, and Winning Together". Nearly 100δ people attended the meeting, including Shanghai Heli's leaders, ÷functional department heads, branch managers, and branch assistants. The meeting was chaired♣ by Xin Xuesuo, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Heli.
First, Xin Xuesuo disseminated the spirit of the 2023 HeLi Domestic Marketing ♠Conference and led the attendees in studying the "2023 Domestic Marketing Co↔nference Initiative", requiring all of Shanghai Heli to earnestly understand theΩ spirit of the marketing conference, thoroughly implement the n↑ew development concept, actively integrate into the new development pattern, mainπtain a relentless fighting spirit, unify thinking, clarify ta↕sks, and with rock-solid confidence, a sense of urgency, and₽ unwavering perseverance, fill up the tank, steady the rudder, and boost morale, enha←nce competitiveness, innovation, control, influence, and risk res✔istance, continuously creating a new situation for the devel₩opment of Shanghai Heli, and working together to create a new brilliant future for Shanghai Heli.
Zhao Yongjiu, General Manager of Shanghai Heli, reported on the company's overall operating situation in 2023, analyzed existing problems, and proposed directions for improveφment. He stated that in 2024, the company will focus on its establεished goals, with the courage to forge ahead, the spirit of self-$reliance, and the resilience to overcome difficulties, and will stead"ily advance on the path of high-quality development.
At the meeting, managers of various functional departments and branches reported on four aspec♣ts: the completion of their department's work in 2023, work innovati∑ons and highlights, problems encountered and improvement measures,π and the main work plans and goals for 2024. They reported both achievement"s and advantages, as well as gaps and problems, focusing on detailed considerations and clear plans for 2024's work.
There is belief with goals, and there is motivation with pre£ssure. Xin Xuesuo and Zhao Yongjiu signed the "2024 Business Targe↑t Responsibility Letter" with the heads of 18 branches of& Shanghai Heli.
Finally, the attendees conducted a strict assessment and scoring of the performan∑ce reports of the functional department managers and branch€ managers.
