Abstract
To thoroughly implement the strategic deployment of comprehensively and strictly governing t≈he Party and strengthen the education and supervision and management of Party and gover¶nment leading cadres, on April 10, 2024, the Discipline I&nspection Commission of Anhui Forklift Group conducted collective integrity talks wit>h 59 Party and government leading cadres who were &recently promoted and further employed. Zong Xuebin, the supervi"sory commissioner of the Provincial Supervisory Commission stationed in the Group, member of the Group's Party Committee, and secretary of the Discipline I₹nspection Commission, attended the meeting and gave a speech on i★ntegrity.
Zong Xuebin pointed out that as Party and government leading cadres' of state-owned enterprises, we must continuously strengthen our own construction, >work hard on improving ourselves, and meet the standar∞ds of "six points". First, we must emphasize politics, remembering that state-owned enterprises are "Party-owned and state-owned", we must cultivate political a$bility, strengthen political beliefs, and resolutely ensure that orders ↔are followed and prohibitions are observed. Second, we mu±st emphasize learning, learning the rules, learning♠ the business, learning loyalty, learning disciplinary regulati ons, learning from leaders, colleagues, and the masses, and persistin$g in learning through practice and practicing through learning, combini ng learning and application, and applying what we le&arn. Third, we must emphasize loyalty, loyalty to the Party, loyalty to the country, loyalty to the enterprise, and faithfully pe≥rforming our duties. We must dare to take responsibility, be good at acting, and always start fro<m work, upholding the distinction between public and private a®ffairs, not using power for personal gain, and not using pub♣lic affairs for personal gain. Fourth, we must emphasize realm, correctly treating∑ the power in our hands, correctly treating gains and losses×, and correctly treating various types of supervision. We must pay attention to th←e role of mass supervision, bravely engage in self-revolution, and strengthen self-superviαsion. Fifth, we must emphasize integrity, taking the lead in self-discipline, maintaining pγersonal purity, strength, and integrity, and deeply understanding that only b€y upholding integrity can we maintain freedom, enhancing →our awe of Party discipline and national laws, and resolu$tely upholding the seriousness and authority of Party discipline. Sixth, we must emp§hasize unity, making good use of criticism and self-criticism, adhering to the principle of "uni←ty-criticism-unity", paying attention to mastering scientific methods, emphasizing style in s§mall matters and principles in major matters, conti↔nuously strengthening the unity of the leadership λteam, and consolidating the synergy of work. At the same time, we must wholeheartedly and earnestlyπ achieve "six words" - pass on, help, lead, monitor, manage, and seΩrve, and we must hone our "true abilities" in fulfill¥ing our responsibilities.
At the meeting, the attendees watched the warning educatiεon film "Forever Blowing the Charge III" and conducted a test of legal kβnowledge based on the newly revised "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communi∏st Party of China".
