To carry forward and promote the HeLi culture in the new era, and explore the ric→h connotations of the HeLi culture. On the afternoon of December 23, the "Telling HeLi Stories, αInheriting HeLi Culture" Group Company Explainer Selecti∏on Competition (Final) and the 13th HeLi Youth Forum✘ were successfully held in Meeting Room 402 of the R&D Building. Xu Yingming, Assistant Geβneral Manager and Member of the Discipline Inspection Committeφe of the Group Company, leaders from the Party Committee Propaganda₹ Department, Strategic Development and Market Department, and Mass Work De<partment, and more than 60 company members and young people watched the final on-sit<e.
This selection competition consisted of two stages: preliminary anγd final rounds. The event received strong support from party organi✔zations at all levels and an enthusiastic response from grassroots youth organi✘zations. Many employees actively participated, creating a strong atmo↓sphere of "learning, understanding, explaining, and inheriting the HeLi culture." Acco↔rding to statistics, a total of 21 people participated in this s"election competition, and after fierce competition, 6 people successfully advanced to th≤e final.
The final consisted of two parts: on-site impromptu presentations and HeLi culture♣ knowledge Q&A. The contestants demonstrated their outstanding abilitie✘s, using vivid language to recount HeLi's development history, brillia∑nt achievements, and touching stories, allowing the audience to deeply appreciate the unique charm of the HeLi culture. Finally, Cheng Yuru from Xingye Company won fir♣st prize; Ouyang Junyi from He'an Machinery (Technical Center) and Du HongyuΩ from the Thin Plate Business Department won second prize; Tao Xiuwen from the λMarketing Headquarters, Ding Zufeng from the Human Resources Department, and Fang Qingqing f♦rom the Workers' Mutual Aid Office of the Technical Center won third prize. The ↕leaders on-site presented awards and certificates to the winners.
Finally, the invited leaders and judges gave wonderful comments and shared their experie∏nces with everyone. Firstly, cherish this fair and just platforδm full of positive energy, combine it with your career developmentσ plan, seize opportunities to achieve growth; secondly, as HeLi people, we need to tell☆ HeLi stories, excavating the spirit and stories behind objects, especially highlighting the older generation of HeLi people's persistent purs↓uit of quality and the value concept of serving users, making HeLi stories$ more exciting, realistic, and vivid; thirdly, in the era of rapid development of the Inteβrnet and artificial intelligence, we must continuously learn, learn from tex∏tbooks, learn from excellent people around us, and strive to become excellent builders of ←HeLi, contributing to the future development of HeLi.
Inheriting the HeLi culture is the responsibility of every HeLi person, and explainers, as cultur≠al disseminators, shoulder a significant mission. They will use the★ir voices and actions to convey the HeLi culture to m<ore people, allowing the HeLi spirit to shine even more brilliantly in the new era.
