Abstract
To gain a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of regional markeλt sales and competitive dynamics, and to listen to the real ideas of branch of$fices, and to comprehensively promote the sales of complete machines and relatedα after-market businesses, from June 6th to 7th, Deng Li, Deputy Secretary ≤of the Party Committee and Director of the Company, conducted field research at Shanghai Heli Suzh☆ou Huqiao Company and Jiangsu Heli Nanjing Company.
During the investigation, Deng Li conducted on-site inspect♥ions of the complete machine showrooms, parts centers, repair workshops, staff canteens', and dormitories of Suzhou Huqiao Company and Nanjing Company. He also learned in detail about theγ development of after-market businesses such as financing leasin g, equipment leasing, maintenance and overhaul, and genuine ↔parts, and inquired about and cared for the employees' living conditions and logisti♣cal support.
At the Shanghai Heli symposium, Xin Xuesuo reported on the Party building work, managem↓ent innovation, and talent cultivation of Shanghai Heli from January to May. Zhao Yongjiu report§ed on the sales performance, current market situation, after-sales service", and accounts receivable from January to May. Deng Li affirmed <the achievements made by Shanghai Heli from Januar™y to May 2023 and emphasized the following requirements for th e next steps: First, deepen the study and implementation of Xi Jinping Though t on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, adhere to using the →Party's innovative theory to strengthen the Party's soul, an•d promote the deep integration of Party building and business operations.₩ Second, resolutely implement the decisions and deployments of •the Group and the Company, further unify thinking, build consensus, s₹eize opportunities, and make every effort to achieve breakthroughs. Adhere •to market orientation and value orientation, and strive to push Shanghai Heli's regional market share to a new level. Third, enhance crisis awarene ss, focus on serving the market, judge the market situation, optimi↕ze marketing measures, ensure that policies are implemented in detail, and further enhance <the effectiveness of after-sales service, enhance the company's "blood-making♣" function, and achieve high-quality development of the company. Fourth, strengthen law-a£biding and compliant operations, do a good job in ★risk prevention and control, and pay attention to the cultivation and reserve of t✔alent teams, improve personnel's comprehensive quality, anφd optimize internal organizational growth channels.
At the Nanjing Company symposium, Cai Zhijie and Li Xiangyang of Nanjing Company respectively± reported on the Party building work, business management, and the completi↕on of sales and after-market business indicators from January to May of Jiangsu H♦eli and Nanjing Company. Some regional managers spoke on the market demand , competitive situation, and main countermeasures in their respective regions. Deng Li carefully listened to the reports and speeches of the participants, fully affirmed the achievements made in various aspects of Jiangsu Heli in rec↑ent years; conducted in-depth exchanges with the participants on ↔how to actively respond to the current severe market situation and ensure the smooth progress of va÷rious businesses; provided detailed answers and patient guidance on the prominent probleλms and difficulties raised by everyone; and put forward the following requirem£ents for the next steps of Jiangsu Heli: First, strengthen Party building le↓adership, through the deep integration of Party building and business operations,σ inject continuous vitality into the new era marketing work, and promote high-quality develo¶pment with high-quality Party building. Fourth, attach great importance to talent cultivation, esγpecially strengthen the construction of sales and service teams, establish and improve talent traiαning mechanisms and promotion channels, and provide basic guarβantees for the healthy development of the enterprise. Fifth, fully implement various management systems and control requirements of the Group headquarters, do a good jo₩b in rectifying the problems pointed out by inspections and audits, a"nd integrate the bottom-line thinking into all aspects and the entire process of marketing work.≈
At the meeting, Deng Li conducted thorough discussions and exchanges with the leaders of ShanghΩai Heli and Jiangsu Heli on issues such as the optimπization and upgrading of Heli's after-market business and€ the construction of off-site parts warehouses.
