Abstract

Recently, at the celebration of the 103rd anniversary of the founding o÷f the Communist Party of China and the "July 1st" commendation conference of the eighth batch of→ Anhui's aid-Tibet team, Comrade Yin Bin of Anhui Forklift Group wa←s awarded "Excellent Member" of the aid-Tibet team for the second co‌nsecutive year.

　　Recently, at the celebration of the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist P≥arty of China and the "July 1st" commendation conference of the eighth‍ batch of Anhui's aid-Tibet team, Comrade Yin Bin of Anhui Forklift Group was awardπed "Excellent Team Member" for the second consecutive yea₹r.

　　Since his arrival in Tibet to provide assistance, Comrade Yin Bin has devoted himself to ≥the construction of informationization projects in Shannan City. In☆ just two years, he successfully organized and reviewed and acce→pted more than 130 informationization projects, with  a total amount exceeding 2 billion yuan. The Anhui cou​nterpart support "14th Five-Year Plan" aid-Tibet project that he spearheaded focuses on impro$ving people's livelihood in areas such as medical care, educa>tion, and living environment—informationization projects s↕uch as Shannan's smart villages, smart campuses, smart medical care$, smart border defense, and a "single network" for maintaining stability have all made breakth↑roughs. The implementation of these projects has significantly impro'ved the level of informationization in Shannan's counties and town♠ships, providing strong support and guarantees for localσ improvements in people's livelihood.

　　Yin Bin stated that he will continue to work with enthusiasm and high spiri₹ts, carrying forward the "spirit of joint efforts," the ™"spirit of old Tibetans," and the "spirit of aid to Tibet," demon<strating the responsibility of people from Anhui with prac§tical actions, and striving to contribute to the informationization construct↕ion of Tibet.
