Purple energy fills the hall, welcoming ambition; the Golden Pi↔g greets the year, heralding spring's arrival. On $January 22nd, Shanghai Heli's 2018 Annual Summary and "Night of Unity" New Year's→ Eve party was held in Kunshan. More than 400 people attended the meeting, including D eng Li, Marketing Director, Marketing Party Secretary, and Chairman of Shanghai Heli; Xin X∞uesuo, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Heli; Zhou Jing, Director;♣ Zhao Yongjiu, General Manager; managers from vario¶us branches; and all employees.
Zhao Yongjiu delivered Shanghai Heli's 2018 work report, detailing the completion of various sales targets, reporting on the completion of secondary company ta♣rgets, analyzing the reasons, and pointing out existing gaps and shortcomings; clear requir∞ements were set for 2019's work, requiring various branches to enhance a sense of crisis, strengthe&n execution, focus on the market and competitors, innovate, and earnestly implement the÷ group's 2019 guidelines, objectives, and marketing work meeting spir∏it, achieving new successes amidst opportunities and challenges.
Xin Xuesuo's address comprehensively summarized the 2018 Pa±rty building work, corporate culture construction, and compan∞y management. He fully affirmed the achievements made by various departσments and branches over the past year. He emphasized that in 2019, all employees should≈ use their strength and the power of the Heli brand to win the market and competitors, creating outstanding achievements against theΩ odds.
In 2018, many outstanding employees emerged with remarkable achievements,λ making significant contributions to Shanghai Heli's✘ rapid development. The meeting commended and rewarded advanced collectives and ∏outstanding employees with outstanding performance in 2018.
Deng Li delivered a concluding speech. He affirmed and praised Shangh"ai Heli's achievements in improving management levels, strengthening talent reserves, exp$anding the marketing team, promoting high-end products, and promoting after-sales service. He also put forward clear requirements for the shortcomings of 2018 and the 2019 marketing work: First, increase innovation effort s and further increase sales revenue of the three types of vehicles; second, deeply explore t he segmented market, attract professional marketing teams, cultivate more professional talents, and pro₩vide more professional after-sales service; third, vigorously adj↑ust the product structure, continue to explore new marketing strategies and methods, and effectively improve market share. A solemn flag-raising ceremony was held at the meeting, with Deng Li, on behalf of the holding ♦company and the marketing Party committee, presenting the ∑bright Heli flag to Shanghai Heli. Zhao Yongjiu presented the Heli flag to each branch, an₽d the managers of each marketing branch expressed their determination tφo complete the 2019 tasks.
