Product Introduction

3. Drive Axle:
CPCD120/135-CU1-09/06ⅢG models are equipped with caliper ×disc brake drive axles,

Both axles are dedicated heavy-duty forklift drive axles, equipped with a f<irst-stage spiral main reducer and a planetary wheel-side reducer, specially designed for ≠the special working conditions of forklifts, with high bridge shell str<ength and large load-bearing capacity;
4. Braking System:
CPCD120/135-CU1-09/06ⅢG models use a pneumatic hydraulic™ braking system. This system utilizes air-assisted oil pressure boosting technology to achieve sufficient braking torque with minimal operating force. The ♠caliper disc brake provides stable braking, high cost-effectiveness, and is suita↕ble for outdoor work environments.
CPCD120/135-CU3-09/06ⅢG models use a wet braking system. This system has stable op®erating performance, is not affected by external humidity and dust, is maintenance-free,← greatly reduces maintenance costs, and the friction plates are immersed in oil for coo§ling, significantly reducing operating temperature, signifi≠cantly improving performance reliability and lifespan. Wet br>aking can meet the needs of ship compartments, smelting plants, and frequent braking in ♦high-intensity short-distance situations for extende↔d periods, making it suitable for a wider range of applications↓.
5. Intake System: Uses imported brand air filters™ to improve filtration accuracy, enhance power system efficiency and service life;
6. Hydraulic System: Adopts a top-mounted hydraulic return oi↑l main filter, with high filtration accuracy, shell-less filter, low cost, and more convenient "maintenance;
7. Lifting System: Uses a comprehensive channel steel structure, in✘creasing the overall frame strength by 25%-58%, reducing roller stress and channe®l steel wear, improving fatigue resistance, and extending lifespan;
8. Cab: Uses Heli's newly developed 360° cab, achieving a 360° panoramic view while mai↑ntaining frame strength; the entire vehicle uses an imported grδay fabric Grammer fully suspended seat for comfortable riding.
