Product Introduction
1. Engine:
The CA6DF3-16GAG3U-HL10 engine from Weichai Power is used. This engine adopts an electron¶ically controlled single pump + turbocharged intercooler technology, meeting the National II±I emission standards. It features a compact structure, stable and powerful power output.
The YCA071 60 electronically controlled diesel engine from Yuchai is use∏d. It uses a BOSCH common rail system, which is economical, fuel-efficient, stable, reliab★le, and meets National III emission standards. The platform is mature, maintenance is conveφnient, and it has good NVH performance and strong comfort.
2. Transmission + Torque Converter: A Heli-made transmissio&n + 340 torque converter is used. The gear distribution is four forwarσd and four reverse gears with intelligent shifting, all£owing for manual/intelligent shifting mode switching.
3. Drive Axle: 1) Joint venture technology drive axle, using caliper disc 'brakes, with strong load-bearing capacity, reliable braking, and convenient mainte÷nance; 2) A larger 16t forklift axle housing is used, increasin≠g the axle housing load-bearing capacity by 15%.
4. Braking System: The pneumatic hydraulic braking system u'tilizes air-assisted oil pressure boosting technology to provide sufficient braking₹ torque with minimal operating force, ensuring effective and rαeliable braking under various operating conditions.
5. Hydraulic System: A full hydraulic priority steering quantitativΩe system is used, employing a Walvo multi-valve (Italy) + valve stem operation.
6. Cooling System: A composite radiator is used. Its superior heat dissipat♠ion performance ensures that all system components operate under optimal temperature conditions,¶ effectively reducing the overall vehicle failure rate and improving overall vehicle r☆eliability.
7. Full vehicle LED lights, LED rotating warning lights.
