Abstract
On March 4th, Zhou Jun, member of the Group's Party Committee, deputy secretary of εthe Party Committee of the Stock Company, and general manager, cond↑ucted a field research and guidance visit to Shang'hai Heli. Tong Bingyan, Party branch secretary and head of the New Energy Storage Vehicle Business Department, and Yang Guo, Party branch secretary and general man'ager of the import and export company, accompanied the visit. Xin Xuesuo, vic★e chairman of Shanghai Heli, and Zhao Yongjiu, general manager, warmlλy received the delegation. Secondary marketing net♦work managers of Shanghai Heli participated in the symposium.
Zhou Jun's group conducted on-site inspections of Sha&nghai Heli's complete machine showroom, parts warehouse, conference center, office a$rea, and staff canteen and dormitories. They gained a detailed understanding of the perfoπrmance, technical characteristics, and application scenarios <of various forklift products. They carefully inquired about market feedback o n the products, checked the inventory and management process of parts, and tδhoroughly investigated the working environment and living conditions of employees. They al•so engaged in cordial conversations with frontline employees, encouraging them to maintain their ≈enthusiasm, be proactive, embrace innovation, and enhance the brand ima↕ge in the new year, contributing to the company's hγigh-quality development and the achievement of strategic goals with∑ even more outstanding performance.
At the symposium, Xin Xuesuo gave a detailed report on Shanghai Heli's party building wαork, overall business operations, market expansion, after-sales service, interαnal management, and corporate culture construction in recent years. He ™also analyzed the current market challenges and opportunities, as well as the compan÷y's future development plans and coping strategies. Secondary managers then reported on the p≠rogress of their respective branch companies, issues encountered in product quality, after-sales seλrvice, and regional development. During the exchange, Zhou Jun listened attentivel¥y to the managers' speeches, interacting with them from time to time, offering targeted op✔inions and suggestions. He also encouraged everyone to be innovative, take responsibility, and act®ively explore new business models and development paths.
After carefully listening to the reports and exchanges from various regiφons, Zhou Jun fully affirmed Shanghai Heli's achievements in ma÷rketing service innovation, after-sales market expansion, professional talent cult✘ivation, and team building. He also put forward five requirements for Shanghai ₩Heli's work and future development: First, adhere to party building leading development. We must continue to deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Char acteristics for a New Era, consolidate and deepen the achievements of part≤y discipline education, and effectively transform the Party's innovative theory into ♠a powerful driving force for the company's development. Strengthen the deep integ ration of party building and business operations, giveσ full play to the role of party branches as fighting bastions and the exemplary role of Party ✔members, promoting business through party building and strengthening party building thro↔ugh business. Second, enhance political standing and strengthen confidence. Closely focusing on the overall strategic goals of the Group, we mus$t strengthen market development efforts, optimize sales ch→annel layout, improve customer service quality, deeply understand customer needs, provide p"ersonalized solutions, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, continuously exγplore new growth points, make precise efforts, further ×improve market share, continuously enhance the market competitiveness and industry influence of the joint force, and consolidate its leading position in the industry. Third, deeply focus on "intelligence, greenness, and service." Focusing on the "new energy strategy," we must take the development of high-quality productγivity and technological innovation as the guide, accurately position the target market£ based on the segmented fields and customer needs of the new energy market, promote the optimi zation and improvement of the product sales structure, formulate differentiated sales strategies, further improve the market share of new energy products, and further con₩solidate the foundation and development capabilities of int↑elligent logistics business. Fourth, always put safety and stability work in the first place.β Strictly implement the safety responsibility system and improve safety manageme'nt systems and emergency plans. Strengthen on-the-job training and safety educat ion for employees, improve employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities,≤ ensure safe and orderly company operations, and create a stable environment for company development. Fifth, strengthen talent team building. Systematically plan talent development strategies, increase efforts in talent introduction and →cultivation, and build a high-quality talent team that meets the company's development ₽needs.
