Abstract
Editor's Note: On December 23, 2024, the joint-stock company held its 2025 annual domes↓tic marketing work conference themed "Towards New Quality Iλmprovement, Accumulating Strength and Empowerment, Gathering Strength♥ to Win Changes, and Striving for Far-Reaching Achievements." This conf÷erence clarified the direction, provided pathways, and outline☆d the prospects for future domestic marketing work. To thoroughly study a×nd implement the spirit of the 2025 annual domestic marketing work ÷conference and actively respond to the strong call ←of Yang Anguo, Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of the Group £Company, we must shoulder our responsibilities, overcome diff♦iculties, and work with the spirit of "achievements may not be attributed to me, ✘but I must contribute to them." We aim to "finish the "year strongly and start the new year well," ensuring a successful c∞onclusion and a prosperous beginning. Therefore, we are launching the Ω"Forging Ahead to Open a New Chapter, Gathering Hearts and Minds to Compose a New Song" series of reports on "Heli Online." We ≈welcome relevant units and departments to actively contribute artπicles.
Looking back at the year's achievements and lookin g forward to new glories. From January 11th to 12th, Shanghai Heli held ∞its 2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Ceremony and 2025 Annual Goal Responsib✘ility Signing Ceremony. The event comprehensively re↓viewed the work achievements of 2024, jointly outlined ¥the development blueprint for 2025, commended advanced collectives and i<ndividuals who made outstanding contributions to the company's development, and mobilized and enc ouraged all employees to move towards higher goals. Nearly 200 people, includi∞ng regional managers, sales managers, maintenance supervisors, and branch assistants from Shanghai εHeli, gathered together.
Xin Xuesuo, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Heli, conveyed the speeches given by∞ Yang Anguo, Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of the Group Compa®ny, and Zhou Jun, Member of the Party Committee of the Group Company, Viσce Secretary of the Party Committee of the Joint-Stock Company, and General M←anager, at the 2025 annual domestic marketing work co♥nference. The meeting also included a thematic report by Lu Qinsi, Marketing Director,♥ Party Secretary of the Marketing Department, and General∞ Manager of the Marketing Headquarters, titled "Knowing Our< Deficiencies and Striving Forward, Looking to the Distant Mountains >and Acting with Strength." This clarified the direction and path for 2025 marketing work. ↑He urged all branches and departments to earnestly stud∑y and understand the spirit of the 2025 annual domestic marke♥ting work conference, aligning their thoughts and actions with the conference's decis✘ions and deployments, focusing on their positions, fulfilling their responsi≠bilities, and making every effort to complete the annual target tasks, contributiσng to the company's high-quality development.
Zhao Yongjiu, General Manager of Shanghai Heli, delivered aγ work report titled "2024 Work Summary and 2025 Outloo€k." The report comprehensively summarized the 2024 work from aspects such as market ex±pansion, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, an&d after-sales market development, objectively analyzed existing problems and shortcomi"ngs, and deployed and arranged key tasks for 2025, focusing on ♥"strengthening Party building leadership, strengthening policy transformation and a£pplication, continuing to expand and improve the after-sales market, $strengthening risk control, and improving human resource construction." Hεe urged all employees to maintain confidence, seize developm•ent opportunities, explore the needs of new and old customers, and continu•ously improve their ability to "create value for customer®s." They should act in favorable situations, strive in adverse situations, and achieve success $in overcoming difficulties, contributing to the high-quality development of Shan₽ghai Heli.
To commend advanced individuals and set examples, and to inspire' the work enthusiasm and vitality of all employees and foster a positive atmosphere of unity, cooperation, and striving for excellence, the meeting commended out∑standing branches and advanced individuals with outstanding p"erformance in 2024.
Though mountains and seas may be far apart, our mission must be accompli∏shed, upholding our original aspirations; shouldering heavy respo>nsibilities, we will bravely forge ahead and demonstra∑te our responsibility. To further refine path measures and solidify work responsibilities, ←Shanghai company leaders signed 2025 annual target responsibility letters with← the managers of various branches. This is not only a "military or∏der" for completing annual work task indicators, but αalso a demonstration of the determination and commitment of managers t↑o take responsibility, symbolizing that various business sect&ors will go all out in the new year, striving towards task goals and developmen♥t directions.
