Important Component Configuration of Attachments
1. Hydraulic System: A bidirectional hydraulic lock i¶s used in the rotating oil circuit to achieve bidirectional hydraulic self-locking, ensuring safety during operation. A hydraulic check valve is added to each cylinder to achieve long-term pressure retenσtion. Motors, valves, and seals are all original imported products; high-pressure hos∏es use high-performance hoses with conical seals.
2. Structural Components: The slewing bearing uses a large modul us slewing bearing, which has a stronger load-carrying capaciγty; the worm gear uses an involute gear, which can improve efficiency, reduce heat loεss, and achieve a self-locking function.
3. Mechanical Performance: 360° rotation is possible. The cεlamping arm is thinner and narrower, and the base of the c✔lamping arm uses high-strength cast steel to enhance its₹ resistance to load impact.
4. Scope of Application: Suitable for various papermaking, packaging, and printing industr<ies, for efficient and damage-free handling and stacking of♦ various paper rolls.
