Product Introduction
1. The engine uses a VOLVO diesel engine that meets the European and American non-road mobile machδinery Stage Ⅲ emission standards. It features CAN 'bus control, high low-speed torque, and quick response.
2. The transmission uses a gearbox from ZF of Germany. This gearbox uses a p€roportional control valve for speed control, which is eas←y to operate. Speed control is electronically controlled, making operation light, accurat♣e, and convenient. Electronic control of the micro-valve makes it easie"r to achieve precise control of the forklift's travel and heavy-load micro-m✔ovements. It has a fault code display, allowing for quick identification of fault causes and simpl✘ifying maintenance.
3. The drive axle uses a drive axle from KESSLER of Germany. This axle has a high axle l→oad and braking torque, ensuring safety and reliab£ility. The brake is a multi-disc, fully enclosed wet brake, offering good dust and water resistanc€e and requiring no maintenance.
4. The hydraulic system uses a variable system, with key compo>nents from Rexroth. The multi-way valve is a pilot-controlled mul≥ti-way reversing valve with priority steering. The control handle is separat↑e from the multi-way valve, allowing for remote control§. Operation is light, effortless, comfortable, and s$afe, reducing operator fatigue.
5. The cab uses an electrically tilting cab, and air conditioning is standard; the lifting syst×em is equipped with a side-shift adjustable fork.
6. The entire vehicle is standard equipped with air conditioning and a visual reversin≈g image system to improve comfort and safety.
